2014 is in the books, and 2015 is finally here! What are your goals for 2015? What do you want to change in your life? Study more? Eat healthier? Workout at least a few times a week?
Write a blog post about your resolutions--what they are and why they are important. Remember: what you post is public. Write only what is appropriate, respectful, etc.
My New Year's Resolutions are (I've made them simple, so I can remember them!):
- Read. I want to read at least 30 minutes to an hour every night--without excuse. Reading has to be my lifeblood. I can't grow as a learner and teacher without reading.
- Run. Part of living more responsibly means taking care of my health. My students deserve an energetic teacher, and I can offer this by staying fit. I'm shooting for 20-25 miles of running a week.
- Write. I did not write nearly as much as I wanted to this year. I'm going to walk the walk this year and blog more on this website.
- Relate. I resolve to involve myself in my friends' and coworkers' lives, to be a contributing member of a community.
